A mashup of the Latin words for water (aqua) and bean (faba), aquafaba is the thick liquid that results from soaking or cooking chickpeas in water for an extended period of time, making it the perfect egg substitute!

Aquafaba is available in 8.82 lb. pouches (4kg), with a standard minimum order being 1 pallet:
1 pallet = 16 kg. per case X 48 cases = 768 kg.
Ex: one pallet is equivalent to 9024 eggs.

how to use it
Sub in for any recipe that calls for eggs and egg whites - pancakes, waffles, mayonnaise, meringues, you name it. It won’t change the taste or consistency, and it can be refrozen and thawed over and over again, eliminating waste!
