In the heart of a quiet, friendly farming community of Wilbur, Washington, the Haden family’s hummus business sold their savory product to stores in Eastern Washington. The Hadens discovered there was a valuable by-product of the cooking process of their hummus, an egg substitute for baking and many other plant-based recipes called Aquafaba. Recognizing the need for Aquafaba to be readily available to the new age plant-based vegans of the world, they were inspired to launch the one and only ready-to-use liquid organic Aquafaba on the market. The Hadens hope to fulfill that need in abundance.
